What is most important relationship for well being?

Relationships have often had a primarily external focus – we try to make ourselves whole and happy by getting something from outside ourselves. This external focus often results in disappointment, resentment and frustration. Before focusing external, i like to focus my relationship with myself. As I learn to love myself, I automatically receive the love and appreciation that i desire from others. (Self- love is the most important relationship for wellness).

Because many of us have never really learned how to take good care of ourselves, our relationships have been based on trying to get someone else to take care of us
