Why “nature” is important to heal any disease?
Nature heals your mind and so many mental illnesses and daily stress. Humans walk outdoor, hikes in mountains/forest, spend time for gardening get multiple health benefits.
You surround yourself with nature’s life force, which is the same energy that runs inside of you. The intelligent energy of the earth can travel to places in your body that needs healing energy.
How can I connect with Nature?
Take a break from television to go outside and watch cloud formations, find shadows cast by the sun , watch rain/snow. When the moon is getting fuller, sit outside and enjoy the moonlight. Take a break from shopping to hike in near by park or do gardening or walk your pet (if you have). These are few examples how you can strength your life force with nature and there are many more creative ways.
How can I connect with loving spirit?
Dogs love you no matter what. They do not care if you did not do everything perfectly. They love you even if you feel like the biggest loser in the world. It is deeply healing to spend time taking care of dogs. If you do not dog, practice “Downward-facing dog” yoga pose and express your gratitude towards dogs kingdom.
